Who Am I?

 

Background

​

For education, I studied classical composition, counterpoint and filmscoring in Los Angeles at UCLA and California Institute of the Arts,

and assisted several established Film composers while my time there,

most notably Brian Reitzell whom worked a lot with Sofia Coppola at the time.

 

For most of my teens and 20´s I played bass in various bands.

What Music do I like?

​

A good way to find common ground, can be to share similar taste and aesthetics.

​

Music I like:

AIR, Goldfrapp, Serge Gainsbourg, Neil Young, Philip Glass, The Beatles

and various soundtracks...

Film Composers I like:

Jon Brion, Johnny Greenwood, Cliff Martinez, Trent Reznor,

Alexandre Desplat, John Carpenter

Films I like:

Royal Tennenbaums, Lost In Translation, Drive, A Place beyond the Pines,

The Godfather (and a zillion more).

TV Shows I like (recent):

Zero zero zero, Tokyo Vice, White Lotus, The Offer

(and a zillion more).

Kind people with passion, drive, vision and trust, no matter the project.

Kindred spirits (I am a Capricorn, just saying).

I give it my all, 12h/ day, 7 days a week when on a project. 

I love what I do. 

I set the bar as high as I can.

What do I do when I don't Work?

​

I watch films and TV shows, I write, enjoy food, wine, cigars, 

hang out with my family, and do the occasional Raku Pottery.
